You may be surprised to learn that most funeral establishments do not operate the facilities in which the cremation services are provided. The actual cremations are often subcontracted out to a third party provider in another town or state. The funeral establishment has little or no control over the crematory's operating procedures nor who performs the actual cremations. By contrast, our entire staff of Funeral Directors are also certified crematory operators. We are not only present for the actual cremation process, we supervise and perform the cremation ourselves. Naturally at our own facility family participation in the process is not only welcomed but it is encouraged as well. This is just another reason why more families and Funeral Directors entrust us to handle and care for their loved one at a most important time.
